The Procedural Standards and Checklist for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities has been updated for surveys on or after February 1, 2019.
- Procedural facilities surveyed before February 1, 2019 will be surveyed with the Standards and Checklist – Procedural V3.1.
- Procedural facilities surveyed on or after February 1, 2019 will be surveyed with the Standards and Checklist – Procedural V4.1.
