The RA/OPT Standards and Checklist for Accreditation of Outpatient Physical Therapy Facilities has been updated for surveys on or after April 22, 2019.
- Facilities surveyed before April 22, 2019 will be surveyed with version 2.2.
- Facilities surveyed on or after April 22, 2019 will be surveyed with version 2.3.
