A dedicated accreditation specialist from QUAD A will guide you through the survey preparation process, from scheduling to final determination. Our team provides practical resources to support preparation, including complimentary access to the Standards Manual, pre-survey tools, and unlimited email access to QUAD A clinical experts.
Our survey team is made up of expert healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, licensed nurses and physical therapists, dedicated to the peer-based accreditation process. Learn more about the survey process by requesting an Accreditation Information Kit.
Following your accreditation survey, your facility will receive a formal report outlining any identified areas of deficiency. If needed, you will submit a Plan of Correction (PoC) that explains how those areas will be addressed. Once Evidence of Correction confirms full compliance with applicable standards, QUAD A will issue a final accreditation determination.
