Nicole Zeman, BSN, RN, (we call her Niki) brings more than 34 years of patient safety experience to her role at QUAD A. She is a Post Anesthesia Care Nurse with a deep understanding of both pre-op and post-op care. “I have always been involved in the importance of patient safety,” explained Niki. “Moving to an organization like QUAD A made perfect sense to use my years of experience in perianesthesia nursing to help improve patient safety on a larger scale.”
As a Clinical Review Analyst at QUAD A, Niki ensures all non-Medicare surveys are reviewed for accuracy. She also responds to questions from our surveyors and the facilities QUAD A serves.
