In Flamur Murtezi’s role as Operations Manager for QUAD A, he plans, organizes, and implements technical projects for the organization and its clients. He coordinates production releases and rollouts, delegates tasks to the necessary employees, and keeps stakeholders abreast of project progress.
Flamur expressed that QUAD A treats employees like family, and he considers it an honor to be part of that family. His primary objective is to advance QUAD A to the next level in digitalization. The Kosovo native holds seven certifications in his field and lists specialties in project management, business strategy, strategic planning, and business analysis.
