Dr. Monte Goldstein has served on QUAD A‘s executive board since 2019, but his history with the organization dates back to 2007 as a surveyor for outpatient surgical facilities, Medicare ASCs, pediatric dental facilities, and oral and maxillofacial surgical centers. He serves as an educator for all surveyor training programs and chairs the Investigative Committee.
Initially becoming a surveyor to prepare his surgical centers for standards, Dr. Goldstein discovered QUAD A‘s mission aligned with his passion for providing the safest, highest caliber ambulatory surgical care. An anesthesiologist by training, he serves as Chief Medical Officer for The Virtual Health Joint Venture Program, overseeing clinical operations of over 30 certified ambulatory surgical centers. He developed and directed a multi-specialty surgical center in New Jersey, serving as Chief of Anesthesia Services for 18 years.
