Elsie Crawford serves on the QUAD A Board of Directors. She is a registered nurse and the Vice-President of Operations & Director of Nursing for Wilkens Medical Group in Jellico, Tennessee, serving in that capacity since 1974. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned her nursing degree at Roane State Community College for Nursing.
Elsie is a certified Medicare Rural Health Clinic surveyor and works with QUAD A doing clinic surveys.
She has served on the board of The Tennessee College of Applied Science Nursing Division since 2004, and also served as a board member of NARHC from 2006 to 2019.
